利用Gleeble 1500D型数控动态热-力学物理模拟试验机,对TMCP工艺Q370qE-HPS高性能桥梁钢进行了动态再结晶行为研究。结果表明,在较高的变形温度和较低的应变速率下,动态再结晶易进行。在动态再结晶激活能为348.19 kJ/mol时,建立了试验钢动态再结晶动力学模型。
The dynamic recrystallization behavior of QCPM Q370qE-HPS high performance bridge steel was studied by using Gleeble 1500D NC dynamic thermo-mechanical physical simulation testing machine. The results show that dynamic recrystallization is easy at higher deformation temperature and lower strain rate. When the dynamic recrystallization activation energy is 348.19 kJ / mol, the dynamic recrystallization kinetics model of the test steel is established.
