针对湖南湘潭竹埠港地区工业废渣的情况,进行了电解锰渣-页岩-粉煤灰体系烧结制砖的研制。确定了配比、烧结温度和保温时间对烧结砖性能的影响,通过SEM、EDS、抗压强度、毒性浸出、DTA和XRD等检测手段,对烧结前后砖体的结构及各项性能进行了检验。结果显示,电解锰渣、页岩和粉煤灰的配比为4:5:1、烧结温度为1 000℃、保温时间2 h为烧结的最优工艺条件。在此条件下,砖体的抗压强度可达到22.64 MPa,浸出液中锰的浓度由451.08 mg/L降至0.676 3 mg/L,均符合国家标准值。
According to the situation of industrial waste residue in ZhuBu Gang, Xiangtan, Hunan, the research on the brickmaking of electrolytic manganese residue - shale - fly ash system was carried out. The effects of mixing ratio, sintering temperature and holding time on the properties of brick were determined. The structure and properties of brick before and after sintering were tested by means of SEM, EDS, compressive strength, toxic leaching, DTA and XRD. . The results show that the optimum conditions of sintering are electrolytic manganese slag, shale and fly ash ratio of 4: 5: 1, sintering temperature of 1 000 ℃ and holding time of 2 h. Under these conditions, the compressive strength of brick body can reach 22.64 MPa, and the concentration of manganese in leachate drops from 451.08 mg / L to 0.676 3 mg / L, both of which meet the national standard.
