人力资源作为事业单位发展前行的最重要因素,对推动事业单位正常、健康、全面的持续发展具有十分重要的作用,人才培养的成功与否直接关系到该事业单位是否能够与时俱进,随时应对新的挑战。基于此,根据当下我国事业单位有关于人才的培养模式分析了存在其中的某些不足之处,总结了在人才培养管理上的部分问题,并在此基础上探究了如何才能够依托现有模式更好地使人才培养规范化、标准化、有效化。
