人体胎儿骨具有低抗原的特性,容易被受植者接受,并有抗感染和促使新骨形成的作用。本文的目的是在实验条件下研究胎儿骨在牙周组织内移植后的修复过程。材料和方法以25只狗作为实验对象,在腹腔内给环己巴比妥钠麻醉下作前牙两侧粘骨膜垂直切开,从牙龈缘切到移行皱襞。在牙间乳头顶部切开和分离粘骨膜辦。用裂钻和圆钻针磨除牙间牙槽嵴,造成牙周病样骨缺损。在口前庭侧形成受植床,用锐利砂石针磨除牙槽突的骨皮质,将植骨块植入受植床内。
Human fetal bones have low antigenic properties, are easily accepted by the grower, and are resistant to infection and promote the formation of new bone. The purpose of this paper is to study the repair process of fetal bone transplantation in periodontal tissue under the experimental conditions. Materials and Methods Twenty-five dogs were used as experimental subjects. The abdominal mucosa of the anterior teeth was anesthetized by intraperitoneal anesthesia and cut vertically from gingival margins to migratory folds. Cut and split the mucoperiosteum at the top of the interdental nipple. With split drill and round needle wear away the interdental alveolar ridge, causing periodontal bone-like defects. In the forelimb side of the formation of implanted by the bed, with a sharp gravel removal of alveolar process of cortical bone graft will be implanted in the implanted bed.
