目的了解30家医疗机构放射防护工作中存在问题,提出对策。方法对30家医疗机构《放射诊疗许可证》校验的现场审核材料和整改意见进行整理、归纳和分析。结果 X射线影像诊断设备、核医学设备、介入放射学设备、放射治疗设备和核素许可率分别为69.26%、60.61%、67.88%、68.18%、86.92%。2011-2013年放射诊疗设备状态检测率分别为75.04%、73.26%、75.43%。职业健康检查、防护知识培训、个人剂量监测、放射工作人员持证率分别为95.07%、88.07%、97.13%、87.29%。分别有70.00%、60.00%、50.00%的医疗机构设置的防护用品、警示标识、工作状态指示灯不规范等。结论 30家医疗机构中部分放射诊疗设备未许可使用、未状态检测,部分人员未培训、未持证上岗,部分警示标识、防护用品、工作状态指示灯不规范等,提出了整改对策。
Objective To understand the existing problems in radiological protection of 30 medical institutions and put forward countermeasures. Methods The on-site audit materials and corrective suggestions of the “Radiological Examination and Licensing Certificate” of 30 medical institutions were collated, summarized and analyzed. Results The allowable rates of X-ray diagnostic imaging equipment, nuclear medicine equipment, interventional radiology equipment, radiotherapy equipment and radionuclides were 69.26%, 60.61%, 67.88%, 68.18% and 86.92% respectively. 2011-2013 radiotherapy equipment state detection rates were 75.04%, 73.26%, 75.43%. Occupational health examination, protection of knowledge training, personal dose monitoring, radiological staff certification rates were 95.07%, 88.07%, 97.13%, 87.29%. Respectively 70.00%, 60.00%, 50.00% of the protective equipment set by medical institutions, warning signs, work status indicator is not standardized. Conclusion Some of the 30 medical institutions did not permit the use of some radiotherapy and treatment equipment, did not test their status, did not train some of their staff, did not receive certificates, some of the warning signs, protective equipment, and work status indicators were not standardized.
