应用声发射技术监测不同缠绕工艺退纱后的浸胶碳纤维(T700S)丝束拉伸破坏的全过程。采用线定位和参数分析法分析了碳纤维损伤过程,比较了不同缠绕张力,出纱速度等工艺参数因素对纤维束损伤过程的影响。结果表明本研究中确定的缠绕张力、缠绕速度对纤维的最终使用性能没有显著的影响,不影响纤维的安全使用性。
Acoustic emission technique was used to monitor the whole course of the tensile failure of the dipped carbon fiber (T700S) after the different winding processes. The carbon fiber damage process was analyzed by linear positioning and parameter analysis, and the influence of different winding tension, yarn speed and other process parameters on the damage process of fiber bundles was compared. The results show that the winding tension and the winding speed determined in this study have no significant effect on the end use properties of the fibers and do not affect the safe usability of the fibers.
