一、日本的木质燃料大约1960年以前,木质燃料在日本约占燃料总消费量的8%,每年生产木炭2百万公吨左右。随着日本经济的发展,木质能源浪费量平均每年减少10—20%。由于转向使用化石燃料,例如石油、天然气等,目前这种木质能源仅占能源总量的0.1%左右。复盖着国土66%的日本森林,提供能源有相当大的潜力,何况日本的能源的自给率约在10帕以下(日本森林能源的潜力如表1)。能源潜力估计约为日本主要能源消费量
I. WOOD FUEL IN JAPAN Before 1960, wood-based fuels accounted for about 8% of Japan’s total fuel consumption and produced about 2 million metric tons of charcoal each year. With the development of Japan’s economy, the amount of waste of wood energy is reduced by 10-20% on average every year. Due to the shift to fossil fuels, such as oil and natural gas, this wood-based energy currently accounts for only about 0.1% of the total energy source. Covering 66% of Japan’s native forest, there is considerable potential for providing energy, not to mention that Japan’s self-sufficiency rate of energy is below 10Pa (Japan’s forest energy potential is shown in Table 1).
