广州市属国内乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)高携带率的城市。1980年我市抽样调查各类人群的HBsAg阳性率为12.8％(RPHA法),其中e抗原(HBeAg)阳性者占44.5％。为了解人体HBsAg携带的转归,我们于1984年3～4月对1980年检出无临床肝炎症状的HBsAg阳性者193例进行了血清学和临床方面的前瞻性配对调查。现将结果报告如下:
Guangzhou belongs to the city with high carrier rate of domestic hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). In 1980, the HBsAg positive rate of all kinds of people in our city was 12.8% (RPHA method), of which 44.5% were positive for e antigen (HBeAg). In order to understand the outcome of HBsAg-carrying in humans, we conducted a serological and clinical prospective mate survey of 193 HBsAg-positive patients without clinical hepatitis in 1980 from March to April 1984.
