新课程改革号角震天响,学生的创新精神需弘扬。创新是教与学的灵魂,是提高课堂效率的重要途径。在初中数学改革浪潮中,广大数学教师坚持“以学生发展为本”的教学理念,努力培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,效果事半功倍。笔者顺应时代潮流,努力培养学生的创新精神,具体从四个方面作了大胆的尝试。一、设置悬念,营造课堂创新氛围在初中数学课堂教学中,教师巧设悬念有利于学生产生“欲罢不能”的期待和好奇,有利于调动学生的思维和引发求知动机。譬如,我在讲授“平方差公式分解因式”时,先在黑板上写出两个式子:85的平方-84的平方,54的平方
