案情介绍:禽兽教师强奸猥亵6名女学生被判死刑 程某24岁,中专文化,案发前曾任沈阳市苏家屯区某镇中心小学教师。在任教期间,他把发泄兽欲的目标瞄准在当时平均年龄9岁左右的6名女学生身上。两年内他公然对6名女学生采取殴打、威胁、恐吓等手段,在教室内利用讲桌做掩护进行多次奸淫、猥亵。他经常在上课时对女生进行猥亵,有时他还在放学后以补课为名留下几名女生,对她们实施强奸猥亵。到案发前,共有3人被强奸,3人被猥亵。直至2002年11月25日,该小学接到学生父母举报,与区教育局向派出所报案后,程某才被抓捕。2003年5月9日,此案在沈阳市中级人民法院正式立案。5月23日,沈阳市中级人民法院一审判决程某死刑。
Case description: Animal teacher rape obscenity 6 female students were sentenced to death Cheng a 24-year-old, secondary culture, before the incident was a Sujiatun Shenyang Town Primary School teachers. During the two years he publicly took assaults, threats and intimidations on 6 female students by making use of the table’s desk to carry out multiple adultery and obscenity in the classroom. He often obscenses girls during class, and sometimes he leaves behind several girls after class, under the guise of supplements, to indecent assault on them. Before the incident, a total of 3 people were raped and 3 were obsced. Until November 25, 2002, the primary school received the parents report, and District Education Bureau to the police station, Cheng Mou was arrested. May 9, 2003, the case formally filed in Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court. May 23, Shenyang City Intermediate People’s Court of First Instance sentenced to death.
