本文主要就继续教育和学习型社区的建设工作,展开了相关的分析与探讨。首先就学习型社区概念予以简要的概念阐述,然后针对继续教育对学习型社区建设的视野观点的转变、教育对象的扩大等价值意义展开深入研究。结合本次研究,最终就指出继续教育在学习型社区建设中所具备的社会服务、学习导向以及资源辐射等重要功能。最终希望通过本文的分析研究能够引起更为广泛的思考与交流,并为相关的继续教育和学习型社区建设工作提供一些可供参考的内容。
This article mainly carries on the related education and the construction of the study community, has carried on the related analysis and the discussion. Firstly, the concept of learning community is briefly explained. Then the value of continuing education on the change of the perspective of learning community construction and the expansion of the educational object are discussed in detail. Combined with this study, we finally point out the important functions of continuing education in the construction of a learning community, such as social services, learning orientation and resource radiation. Finally hope that through this analysis can lead to a wider range of thinking and exchange, and for the relevant continuing education and learning community construction work to provide some reference.
