现介绍一种研磨大尺寸光面锥度环规的半自动化机构。该机构装于C620型车床上,经实验,效果良好,已正式投入生产。一、传动机构该机构计有三个运动:(1)研棒旋转运动;(2)工件与研捧反方向的旋转运动;(3)工件左右往复运动。见图1。正齿轮10装于车床主轴上,和小齿轮11啮合。小齿轮11用轮轴13、铜套12及螺母14和19装于支承架15上。支承架15用压板16、螺钉17、螺母18紧固在车床导轨上。正齿轮10和内齿轮7间装有铜套8,并用压盖20和螺钉9固定位置。装有弹簧
Now introduce a kind of semi-automatic mechanism for grinding large-size smooth taper ring gauge. The spur gear 10 is mounted on a lathe spindle and meshes with the pinion gear 11. The pinion gear 11 is mounted on the support frame 15 by an axle 13, a copper sleeve 12 and nuts 14 and 19. The support frame 15 is fastened to the lathe guide rail by a pressure plate 16, a screw 17 and a nut 18. Between the spur gear 10 and the internal gear 7, a copper sleeve 8 is mounted and fixed by means of a gland 20 and screws 9. Equipped with spring
