从人文特征角度对中国篮球运动训练、比赛水平落后状况进行分析,从教练员的人文教育的角度分析制约我国篮球运动训练及发展的深层原因,试图通过对我国多年来在对篮球训练规律的理解、训练理念的把握,训练过程的组织实施方面存在的弊端进行剖析,以及通过分析国外篮球先进国家的人文教育特征训练理念,探讨我国篮球训练在人文操作方面存在的问题,旨在探求我国篮球训练之路,并为教练员形成正确的人文操作性训练理念,促进我国篮球运动水平提高起抛砖引玉之作用。主要通过文献资料、观察访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对我国篮球运动人文教育特征训练理念进行研究及反思。结论表明:我国的篮球运动训练在人文特征教育方面对运动员的思想与道德及人性的关注,教练缺乏一定的正确理解及合理的操作性;我国部分教练员,由于训练理念的缺乏和不完善,导致我国篮球基础训练缺乏科学性。因此有必要对我国篮球训练人文特征训练理念中存在的偏差和问题予以修正。

Mainly through the literature, observation interviews, questionnaires and other research methods of humanities education in our country basketball characteristics of the training concept of research and reflection. The conclusion shows that the training of basketball in our country focuses on the thought and morality and humanity of athletes in the education of humanities characteristics. The coach lacks a correct understanding and reasonable operation. Some of our coaches, due to the lack and imperfection of the training concept, As a result, the basic basketball training in our country lacks scientificity. Therefore, it is necessary to amend the existing deviation and problems in the training concept of humanities basketball in our country.
