为探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF- α)对 K5 6 2 细胞的细胞毒作用 ,应用原位末端标记法、细胞形态学观察、DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测分析 K5 6 2 ,经 TNF- α(5 0 ng/ml、1 0 0 ng/ml、1 0 0 0 ng/ml)诱导的 K5 6 2 。结果显示 ,K5 6 2 细胞自然凋亡率 (3.5 0± 0 .97) % ,TNF- α(5 0 ng/m l、1 0 0 ng/ml)诱导的 K5 6 2 细胞凋亡率分别是 (2 1 .35± 4.46 ) %、(2 7.38±4.91 ) % ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;TNF- α(1 0 0 0 ng/ml)诱导 K5 6 2 细胞坏死。说明小剂量 TNF- α诱导 K5 6 2 细胞凋亡 ,大剂量 TNF- α诱导 K5 6 2 细胞坏死
To investigate the cytotoxicity of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) on K5 6 2 cells, K562 cells were detected by in situ end labeling, morphological observation and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. 5 0 ng / ml, 100 ng / ml, 100 ng / ml).
