目的:探讨N5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性及血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与血管性痴呆(VaD)的相关性。方法:测定42例VaD患者血浆总HCY水平,与50例正常老年人及48例非痴呆脑梗死患者比较,并检测MTHFR基因多态性。结果:VaD组HCY水平高于正常对照组及非痴呆脑梗死组;MTHFR的3组基因型和等位基因频率相比差异无统计学意义。结论:高HCY血症是VaD患者认知障碍的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between N5, 10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene polymorphism and plasma homocysteine (HCY) level and vascular dementia (VaD). Methods: Plasma total HCY levels were measured in 42 patients with VaD, compared with 50 normal controls and 48 non-dementia patients with cerebral infarction. MTHFR gene polymorphisms were also detected. Results: The HCY level in VaD group was higher than that in normal control group and non-dementia cerebral infarction group. There was no significant difference in MTHFR genotype and allele frequency between the three groups. Conclusion: Hypervolemic hypervolemia is a risk factor for cognitive impairment in VaD patients.
