五峰107、108、210、211、212、310等6个茶树品种,于2001—2006年在湖北省果茶研究所、咸宁市农科所进行了区域试验。对各品种的移栽成活率、生育期、产量、品质和抗逆性等主要农艺性状进行全面鉴定。在五峰本地进行了品种观察、品质审评、成活率的调查。经6年的品种区域试验结果及观查表明:五峰212品种与福鼎大白茶品种相比物候期稍早2天,制绿茶栗香持久,比福鼎大白茶增产30.55%。氨基酸、茶多酚、水浸出物平均含量分别比CK种高1.13、6.98、和4.68个百分点、咖啡碱低于0.10个百分点。酚氨比7.03,适制绿茶。五峰310品种制绿茶外形深绿显毫;氨基酸含量是福鼎大白茶的1.1倍,属特异性品种。
Wufeng 107,108,210,211,212,310 other six tea varieties, from 2001-2006 in Hubei Province Tea Research Institute, Xianning City, Agricultural Research conducted a regional test. The average contents of amino acids, tea polyphenols and water extracts were 1.13, 6.98 and 4.68 percentage points higher than those of CK, respectively, and the percentage of caffeine was less than 0.10 percentage points. Phenolic ammonia ratio 7.03, suitable for green tea. Wufeng 310 varieties of green tea shape of green tea appearance; amino acid content is Fuding white tea 1.1 times, is a specific species.
