组织因素约束着企业技术创新能力和创新绩效 ,不同的组织安排、组织结构致使企业创新绩效不同。由于中国企业技术创新中的组织缺陷 ,使企业偏好独立技术开发 ,忽视网络组织 ,特别是技术联盟在技术创新中的作用。因此 ,技术联盟应作为中国企业进行技术创新的首选组织类型 ,参加企业技术联盟时应注意 :(1)参加单位 (主要指联盟成员内部设立的研发机构、研发小组 )应尽量保持小型化、简单化、柔性化 ;(2 )根据不同目标选择不同的技术联盟形式 ;(3 )保持高度的开放性、学习性 ;(4 )联盟成员应有自己的核心竞争力 ;(5 )应保持联盟的多维性。
Organizational factors constrain the technological innovation capability and innovation performance of enterprises. Different organizational arrangements and organizational structure lead to different innovation performance of enterprises. Owing to the organizational flaws in the technological innovation of Chinese enterprises, enterprises prefer to develop independent technologies and neglect the role of network organizations, especially technology alliances in technological innovation. Therefore, the technology alliance should be regarded as the preferred type of organization for technological innovation in Chinese enterprises. Attending the technological alliance should pay attention to the following: (1) The participating units (mainly refers to R & D institutes and R & D teams established within the alliance members) should be miniaturized and simple (3) maintaining a high degree of openness and learning; (4) alliance members should have their own core competencies; (5) should maintain the alliance Multidimensional.
