自中共中央[2000]10号文发布以来,各地党校都在充分贯彻关于“实施党校教学新布局”的要求和胡锦涛关于“充实教学内容,提高教学质量”的指示。但是,从面上看,还没有与中国入世的大背景结合起来,从教学战略的高度研究党校教学新布局的规律性,应付式、经验化的现象比较普遍,不利于党校核心竞争力的形成和可持续发展。本文力图从这一角度对党校教学新布局的外在时代性和内在逻辑性作些探索。
Since the release of CPC Central Committee [2000] No.10, all party schools in the country have been implementing the directives on “implementing the new layout of Party schools” and Hu Jintao’s directive on “enriching the teaching content and improving the quality of teaching”. However, from the surface, it has not been combined with the background of China’s accession to the WTO. From the perspective of teaching strategy, it is quite common to study the regularity, coping style and experience of the new layout of the Party school teaching, which is unfavorable to the formation of the core competitiveness of the Party School. And sustainable development. This article tries hard to explore from this point of view the external history and internal logic of the new layout of Party School.
