采用单向琼脂免疫扩散法,对实验性兔角膜碱烧伤后房水及血浆纤维连接蛋白(简称FN)含量进行了观察。表明房水FN含量增加发生于房水pH增高之后,60分钟时达高峰。此间房水FN与房水总蛋白含量的增高呈正相关,与总蛋白的百分比高于血浆。此后房水FN含量呈降低趋势,与总蛋白的百分比低于血浆。讨论了房水和血浆FN含量变化的意义。
The contents of aqueous humor and plasma fibronectin (FN) in experimental rabbit corneal alkali burn were observed by one-way agar diffusion-immunoassay. Show that the increase of FN in aqueous humor occurs after the pH of aqueous humor rises and reaches its peak at 60 minutes. Here aqueous FN and aqueous humor total protein content was positively correlated with the percentage of total protein was higher than plasma. Since then, aqueous FN content decreased, with the percentage of total protein lower than plasma. The significance of changes in FN content in aqueous humor and plasma was discussed.
