随机抽取就诊的３７７副恒牙列完整、无牙体缺损的模型，进行了前牙Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ比值分析。７０例Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ比值不协调，占１８．５７％，比值过大４６例，比值过小２４例．引起Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ比值不协调的原因为：１，上前牙过小，尤其是上颌侧切牙过小最多见；２，上前牙过大；３，下前牙过大或过小，但较少。并总结了相应的临床处理方法，讨论了牙齿宽度，前牙近远中倾斜度及唇倾度等因素对上下牙弓协调性的影响。
A total of 377 permanent dentitions with no tooth defects were selected randomly and the Bolton ratio of anterior teeth was analyzed. 70 cases of Bolton ratio uncoordinated, accounting for 18.57%, the ratio was too large in 46 cases, the ratio was too small in 24 cases. Bolton ratio caused by the reasons for the uncoordinated: 1, the anterior teeth is too small, especially the maxillary lateral incisors are the most common small; 2, the anterior teeth is too large; 3, the lower anterior teeth is too large or too small, but less. And the corresponding clinical treatment methods were summarized. The effects of the width of the teeth, the inclination of the anterior teeth in the near and far, and the lip inclination on the dental arch coordination were discussed.
