创造性思维是创造性工作的先决条件,没有创造性思维,就没有创造性工作。创造性思维是一种勇于探索未知领域,敢于改造和突破前人的成果,提出新问题、新见解的富于进取性的思维方式,它具有很强的综合性,充分体现了人类思维所特有的能动性。虽然创造性思维方式不为秘书工作者所特有,但秘书工作者却必须具备创造性思维素质,这是由秘书工作者的职业性质所决定的。现就秘书工作者如何适应客观实际的要求进行创造性思维,结合职业特点谈几点认识。
Creative thinking is a prerequisite for creative work. Without creative thinking, there is no creative work. Creative thinking is a kind of enterprising way of thinking that has the courage to explore uncharted territory, dare to reform and break through the achievements of previous generations, put forward new problems and new ideas. It has a strong comprehensiveness and fully reflects the uniqueness of human thinking initiative. While creative ways of thinking are not peculiar to secretarial workers, secretarial workers must have a creative mindset determined by the professional nature of secretarial workers. Now on the secretarial workers how to adapt to the requirements of objective and practical creative thinking, combined with professional characteristics to talk about some understanding.
