我区地处赣东,河溪密布,水力资源较为丰富。全区小水电理论蕴藏量56万千瓦,可开发资源26万千瓦,六十年代以来,在党的领导下便开辟了水能利用的新途径,从无到有,从小到大,兴建了一千余座小型水电站。最近,我们对小水电建设情况进行了调查。调查中,看到了群众办电的积极性,看到了小水电对发展乡镇企业和给乡村面貌带来可喜变化。同时,也发现小水电建设中存在的一些问题,值得研究和探讨。
