目的了解我院精神药品使用情况和用药趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2006～2010年精神药品应用数据及相关指标进行统计和分析。结果我院精神药品的消耗金额逐年增加,销售金额位居前3位的分别是咪达唑仑注射液、曲马多缓释片、曲马多注射液。艾司唑仑片的DDDs稳居第一,氯硝西泮片DDDs稳步上升,曲马多注射液用量呈下降趋势。结论我院精神药品使用基本合理,但仍需进一步规范临床用药及不良反应的监测。
Objective To understand the use of psychotropic drugs and medication trends in our hospital. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze and analyze the application data and related indicators of psychotropic drugs from 2006 to 2010 in our hospital. Results The consumption amount of psychotropic drugs in our hospital increased year by year, with the top three sales amount being midazolam injection, tramadol sustained release tablets and tramadol injection respectively. The DDDs of estazolam tablets ranked first, DDDs of clonazepam tablets increased steadily, and the dosage of tramadol decreased. Conclusion The use of psychotropic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but still need to further standardize the monitoring of clinical medication and adverse reactions.
