放射性纸层析扫描仪是由国营二六二厂研制的一种色谱测量仪器。该仪器由探头部分(为钟罩形半圆柱体气流式正比计数管)、扫描仪和定标器组成,工作气体采用90%氩气和10%甲烷的混合气。适用于测量放射低能β(~3H、~(14)C等)、γ(~(125)I等)的放射性核素,能定性定量分析放射性标记化合物各组份的含量,广泛用于放射化学、核医学和放射生物学等领域的研究工作。我们对该仪器的性能(包括本底、效率、灵敏度以及位置分辨能力等)进行了测试和评价,并与其它测量方法做了对比。
