目的研究医用超声波清洗机清洗效果的监测方法及其影响因素。方法应用毛玻璃片法、铝箔测试法和超声能量瓶检测法,对超声波清洗机的清洗效果进行检测,分析影响检测效果的因素。结果采用单槽超声清洗器,以45KHz超声频率,在多酶清洗剂协同作用下超声清洗3 min,毛玻璃片法、铝箔测试法和超声能量瓶检测法等3种方法检测清洗效果合格率分别为92.05%、81.79%和82.65%。铝箔测试法和超声能量瓶检测法的监测结果基本一致,但其合格率明显低于毛玻璃片法。结论用超声能量瓶检测法或铝箔测试法检测超声清洗效果,其检测结果更严格可靠。
Objective To study the monitoring method of cleaning effect of medical ultrasonic cleaner and its influencing factors. Methods The frosted glass method, the aluminum foil test method and the ultrasonic energy bottle method were used to test the cleaning effect of the ultrasonic cleaning machine and analyze the factors that affect the test result. Results The single-slot ultrasonic cleaner was used to ultrasonic cleaning at 45KHz for 3 minutes under the synergetic action of multi-enzyme cleaning agent. The qualified rates of cleaning effect by three methods of frosted glass method, aluminum foil test method and ultrasonic energy bottle method were 92.05%, 81.79% and 82.65%. Aluminum foil test method and ultrasonic energy bottle test results are basically the same, but the pass rate was significantly lower than the ground glass method. Conclusion Ultrasonic energy bottle test or aluminum foil test ultrasonic cleaning effect, the test results more rigorous and reliable.
