Since the early 1990s, IMPSA, the container crane manufacturer of container cranes in Argentina, has taken over the Asian market. The current good performance has accounted for 50% of the Malaysian bridge crane market. IMPSA is planning to build a factory in the Kemaman port on the east coast of the Peninsular Malaysia. Setting up a plant here is a consideration for its strategy for the Asian market. IMPSA is for Indonesia, Thailand, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Taiwan. The bridge crane market is promising. Ziman Port is easily accessible, and the bridge cranes can be shipped out of the port to save equipment delivery time.
