对体外培养的人胎胰组织用常规石蜡切片,分别用H-E、醛复红、PAP免疫酶标法染色,进行组织学检查,结果基本一致。证实β细胞存活且生长良好。
Human fetal pancreatic tissue cultured in vitro with conventional paraffin sections, respectively, with H-E, aldehyde complex red, PAP immunohistochemical staining for histological examination, the results are basically the same. Beta cells survive and grow well.
