一、定程控制在全(半)自动压力机(四柱或框架式)上实行粉末冶金、砂轮、塑料等产品的压型,都是通过安装在液压机上带有模具的模架实现压制、回程、脱模、浮起四个动作顺序来完成的。模具本身控制了产品径向尺寸,而产品高度尺寸的准确性则是通过电器严密控制液压机的液压系统得以实现。随着工业生产日趋自动化,全(半)自动液压系统都采用电液换向阀。由于液压泵种类不同(一般采用变量柱塞泵、叶片泵、齿轮泵),电液阀的换向时间的差别,造成产品高度尺寸变化相差很大(即定程控制存在一定困难)。这个问题亟待解决,具体分析如下:
