我院于1988～1997年共收治膀胱癌187例,其中移行细胞癌行膀胱部分切除,术后配合局部化疗并得到随访者103例,术后一年内复发者16例,占15％,肺转移1例。现对其复发的治疗与近期疗效进行分析,以期对提高疗效积累经验。
A total of 187 cases of bladder cancer were treated in our hospital from 1988 to 1997. Among them, bladder cancer was partially resected in transitional cell carcinoma and 103 cases were followed up with local chemotherapy after operation. Among them, 16 cases were relapsed in one year after operation, accounting for 15% 1 case. Now the treatment of its recurrence and the efficacy of the recent analysis, in order to improve the efficacy of accumulated experience.
