目的:测定驱白艾力勒思亚散中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Pheomenex luna C18色谱柱(250(4.60mm,5μm)柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(5∶95)为流动相,检测波长为273nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:没食子酸在11.05~55.25μg/ml间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率为105.15%,RSD为1.6%。结论:该方法具有操作简单,灵敏,准确的优点,分离效果显著,可用于余甘子的含量测定和本产品质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of gallic acid in flooding aleelisan powder. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (5:95) with mobile phase at 250 ℃ (4.60mm, 5μm) at 35 ℃ on a Pheomenex luna C18 column with mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 273nm. And 1.0ml / min.Results: The linearity of gallic acid was 11.05 ~ 55.25μg / ml, r = 0.9994, the average recovery was 105.15%, RSD was 1.6% .Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple operation, Accurate advantages, the separation effect is significant, can be used for the determination of content of this product and the quality control of this product.
