为加强配网专业化管理,提高配网健康水平,增强其抵御自然灾害的能力,必须大量借鉴国内外配电站管理的先进经验,不断融合国家电网公司精益化管理、标准化建设的要求,集中配电站员工的智慧结晶,创新管理流程和方法,实现事故率低、可靠性高、流程规范、服务高效、降损节能、社会满意的配电站精益化的管理模式。本文结合本单位实际以及借鉴省内外配电站的经验作以阐述。
