目的观察克霉唑联合伊曲康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选择医院2014年1月-2015年1月门诊治疗的复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予伊曲康唑胶囊治疗,比较2组临床症状、体征缓解程度、疗效和并发症发生率及复发率。结果观察组治疗后临床症状、体征缓解程度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.0%高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.218,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率和复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑联合伊曲康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎效果显著,安全性高,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of clotrimazole combined with itraconazole in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods One hundred patients with recurrent Candida vaginitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets treatment, The observation group was treated with itraconazole capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms, the degree of symptom relief, the curative effect, the complication rate and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of remission in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 10.218, P <0.05). The complication rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Clotrimazole combined with itraconazole treatment of recurrent Candida vaginitis significant effect, high safety, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
