目的观察针药结合法治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取产后尿潴留患者106例,按照治疗方法不同分为针药结合治疗组35例、针灸治疗组36例和西药治疗组35例,观察比较3组临床治疗效果。结果针药结合治疗组总有效率为88.57%,明显高于针灸治疗组的65.71%、西药治疗组的72.22%(P均<0.01);针灸治疗组和西药治疗组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针药结合是治疗产后尿潴留的理想方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating postpartum urinary retention. Methods 106 patients with postpartum urinary retention were selected. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into acupuncture and medicine combined treatment group 35 cases, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group 36 cases and western medicine group 35 cases. The clinical effects of 3 groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.57% in acupuncture combination group, which was significantly higher than 65.71% in acupuncture group and 72.22% in western medicine group (all P <0.01). There was no statistical difference in total effective rate between acupuncture group and western medicine group Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and medicine is an ideal method for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.
