目的:研究齿叶白鹃梅叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱的方法进行化学成分的分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到化合物6个,经鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、十八碳酸单甘油酯(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、熊果酸(Ⅳ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均首次从此植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of leaves of Prunella Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (I), octadecanoic acid monoglyceride (II), oleanolic acid (III), ursolic acid (IV), protocatechuic acid (V ), Carotenoid (VI). Conclusion: Compounds I-VI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
