在《水土保持法》贯彻执行两周年之际,水利部在我省召开全国部分省(区)水土保持监督执法研讨会,研究探讨如何进一步贯彻落实“预防为主”的方针,搞好水土保持预防监督工作,这不仅有重要的现实意义,而且有深远的意义。这次会议在我省召开,既是对我省水土保持工作的检查督促,也为我们提供了一个向兄弟省(区)学习的好机会。在此我代表福建省委农工部、省农委对水利部农村水利水土保持司的领导和兄弟、省市区的同志们,表示热烈欢迎！
