为计算板坯在热轧过程中温度场的变化,建立了温降数学模型。该模型考虑了板坯在辊道上的空冷,喷水除鳞冷却,轧辊接触冷却、摩擦生热和轧制功生热等因素,将该楼型编制成计算机程序,以武钢热轧厂为例,经试算得出轧制后结束后的温度与实际生产数据接近。该数学模型可用于根据板坯出炉温度和轧制节奏预测终轧温度或根据轧坯温度修正后续轧制参数。
