对采用热喷涂技术制备的热障涂层,在试样陶瓷表面刷涂定量配置的75%Na_2SO_4-25%NaCl饱和溶液进行热腐蚀试验,对试样采用SEM、EDS和XRD等方法进行分析,结果表明:粘结层、热生长氧化物(TGO)层以及基体等均受到不同程度的热腐蚀影响,陶瓷面层相结构未发生转变,但对于稳定性能有一定的影响,熔盐热腐蚀破坏涂层的完整性,腐蚀对NiCrAlY和基体的影响最大。
The thermal barrier coating prepared by thermal spraying technique was coated on the surface of the ceramic sample by hot etching with 75% Na_2SO_4-25% NaCl solution. The samples were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the adhesive layer, the TGO layer and the matrix are affected by different degrees of hot corrosion. The phase structure of the ceramic surface layer does not change, but it has some influence on the stability. The hot corrosion of molten salt destroys Coating integrity, corrosion and NiCrAlY substrate the greatest impact.
