三、值得借鉴的中国法制历史的经验如前所述,中国法制历史是悠久的,未曾间断的,因而积累的经验也是非常丰富的,认真总结这些经验对当前法制建设很有借鉴意义。古人说:“观今宜鉴古,无古不成今。”这里只从宏观上提出以下几点:(一)重视或漠视法制对国家盛衰具有重大影响众所周知,法制推动了人类社会走向文明,法制调整经济关系促进社会发展,法制调整政治关系保证国家机器的运转,法制调整社会公共职能使社会达到有序,法制还规范人们的行为,促进人们道德与法律的自觉。因此重视法制就会推动社会的发展,使国家富强,而
