研究了LSM 法制备 TiB2 粒子增强AlSi7 复合材料的物相组成;考察了TiB2 粒子对热处理组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,按K2TiF6 + 2KBF4= TiB2 + 4KF+ 5F2 反应式计算,在w (TiB2)为5% 时,在复合材料中可以生成稳定且均匀分布的TiB2 粒子,未发现TiAl3 等相。材料的杨氏模量由72.3 GPa 提高至96.8 GPa。TiB2 粒子对热处理组织与性能无明显影响
The phase composition of TiB2 particles reinforced AlSi7 composites prepared by LSM method was investigated. The effect of TiB2 particles on the microstructure and properties of heat-treated AlSi7 composites was investigated. The results show that stable and uniform distribution of TiB2 particles can be obtained in the composites at 5% w (TiB2) according to K2TiF6 + 2KBF4 = TiB2 + 4KF + 5F2 reaction equation. No TiAl3 phase is found. The Young’s modulus of the material increased from 72.3 GPa to 96.8 GPa. TiB2 particles have no obvious effect on the microstructure and properties of heat treatment
