低合金耐磨钢ZG34Mn2SiV的研制

设计了低合金耐磨钢ZG34Mn2SiV的化学成分,分析了其在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和耐磨性能。结果表明,在870℃×1 h水冷淬火+200℃×1.5 h回火后,ZG34Mn2SiV钢具有最佳的耐磨性能,经此工艺热处理后,试验钢的显微组织为回火马氏体,拉伸断口为准解理断裂,耐磨性能优于ZGMn13钢。 The chemical composition of low alloy wear resistant steel ZG34Mn2SiV was designed and its microstructure and wear resistance under different heat treatment conditions were analyzed. The results show that the ZG34Mn2SiV steel has the best wear resistance after water quenching at 870 ℃ for 1 h and tempering at 200 ℃ for 1.5 h. After this heat treatment, the microstructure of the test steel is tempered martensite, Tensile fracture quasi-cleavage fracture, wear resistance is better than ZGMn13 steel.
