1发展集雨节灌所必备的条件集雨节灌是通过管道(或明渠)把地表水(或泉水)引向水池(水窖、水窑、水塘)等,然后再由管道向田间配水的灌溉形式,是雨水集蓄利用与节水灌溉的有机结合。近年来,这种形式也普遍应用于人畜饮水工程。发展集雨节灌工程必须具备以下条件:①水源较为可靠,平时集蓄,旱时灌溉。②水源较高。一般以高出下游地面10~30m为宜,保证能够自压灌溉。③具备一定的植被条件,及时清淤确保不致因淤塞而报废。
