随着改革开放步子的加快和经济的迅速发展,1992年下半年以来,我省物价总水平日趋上涨。1993年1～7月,全省生活费用价格总指数和零售物价总指数分别比1992年同期上涨21.4%和18.4%,各月涨幅均高于全国平均水平。从分类价格指数可看出,我省物价指数上涨,有着明显的结构性特征。从价格分类看,计算零售物价总指数的八大类消费品价格和农业生产资料价格中,除文化娱乐用品外,价格指数均有不同程度上涨,构成总指数上涨幅度18.4%的主要是三大类:一是食品类,涨幅18.3%,影响总指数上涨7.5个百分点,其中粮食涨幅35.2%,影响总指数上涨约3.3个百分点,肉、禽、蛋涨幅25.2%,影响总指数上涨约2.5个百分点;二是民用建筑及装璜材料类,涨幅
