为探讨胶碘酮抗心律失常的细胞电生理机制,采用同步记录心室外股不同部位单相动作电位的方法,观察健康家兔静注胶碘酮前后心室复极及复极离散度的变化。结果显示:胺碘酮对正常心肌可延长心室复极,但对其复极离散度则无显著影响。结论:胺碘酮能同步均一地延长心室复极,可以提高心电稳定性。
In order to explore the cell electrophysiological mechanisms of anti-arrhythmia of GOLT, the changes of ventricular repolarization and repolarization dispersion in healthy rabbits before and after intravenous injection of hydrocodone were observed by simultaneous recording of single-phase action potentials of different parts of ventricular extra-corporeal. The results showed that amiodarone extended ventricular repolarization in normal myocardium, but had no significant effect on its repolarization dispersion. Conclusion: Amiodarone can prolong ventricular repolarization synchronously and improve ECG stability.
