我院自1989～1993年共收治5例甲床黑色素瘤（subungualmelanoma，SM），现就其临床表现及诊断报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料5例均经病理检查确诊，男4例，女1例；平均年龄56岁（42～68岁）；其中拇指3例，食指1例，姆趾1例；左侧3例，右侧2例；3例有外伤史，1例有感染史。4例
