“复方生血灵”中硫酸亚铁在兔体内药代动力学结果,给药后0.5h血中Fe~(++)的含量为37.4280+11.4637μg/ml;Tmax为3.7398±1.1911h;Cmax为53.7259±13.4949μg/ml;Ka为0.4123±0.0698h~(-1)t1/2Ka为1.7491±0.2023h;t1/2Ke为4.5718±1.2084h;Va为0.8325±0.0963L/kg。经X~2检验P>0.05,实测值与理论值差异不显著,拟合度较高。
The pharmacokinetics results of ferrous sulfate in compound “shengxueling” in rabbits showed that the content of Fe(++) in blood 0.5h after administration was 37.4280+11.4637μg/ml; Tmax was 3.7398±1.1911h; Cmax was 53.7259±13.4949μg/ml; Ka was 0.4123±0.0698h~(-1) t1/2Ka was 1.7491±0.2023h; t1/2Ke was 4.5718±1.2084h; Va was 0.8325±0.0963L/kg. After the X~2 test P>0.05, the difference between the measured value and the theoretical value was not significant, and the fitting degree was high.
