国际铁矿石价格剧烈波动,对国内钢铁行业产生了重要的影响。自2003年加入国际铁矿石价格谈判以来,我国作为最大的进口国却长期存在着“大市场悖论”。一方面,对铁矿石的进口规模持续上升;另一方面,在铁矿石定价问题上正不断丧失话语权。这种困境既与铁矿石国际市场的垄断有关,也与国内产业环境和谈判的“系统失灵”有关。本文针对此种情况提出了短期和长期的对策建议。
The dramatic fluctuation of international iron ore prices has had a significant impact on the domestic steel industry. Since joining the international iron ore price negotiations in 2003, our country as the largest importer has long existed “big market paradox”. On the one hand, the scale of imports of iron ore continued to rise; on the other hand, the issue of iron ore pricing is losing its say. This predicament is not only related to the monopoly of the international iron ore market, but also to the “systemic failure” of the domestic industrial environment and negotiations. In this paper, we propose short-term and long-term countermeasures.
