在客滚船带伸缩臂的滑移式艏门结构设计中,协调点和需考虑的因素较多,造成结构设计、结构计算和技术管理挑战多、难度大.总结某系列客滚船技术管理过程中存在的问题,并结合相关规范的要求等详细剖析此类艏门的结构设计关键点.在此基础上,基于经验总结技术管理流程,以期为类似问题的有效解决提供借鉴.
