企业必须彻底面向市场,参与市场竞争。然而在国际、国内两个激烈的市场竞争中,要求得生存和发展,企业光靠“4P”(即产品、价格、分销渠道、促销)组合与搭配就不够了,还必须加上“企业形象”这一重要因素的组合。只有这样才能适应现代企业竞争和发展的需要。而企业形象最为重要的基础与条件是企业的产品质量。企业只有不断地向社会提供优质产品,满足市场需求才有可能树立起良好的企业形象,并取得长期持续发展的条件。本文试从以下三个方面对企业形象与产品质量进行浅析。
