目的:基于有毒中药半夏的古今方剂组成统计数据,探讨其减毒增效配伍方法,为探索半夏的临床配伍规律、揭示其控毒机理、指导临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法:构建半夏方药数据库分析平台,利用SPSS17.0多元统计软件中的因子分析,考察半夏与各药物(组)间的配伍关系。结果:频数统计显示,各类药物与半夏配伍所占比例由高到低依次为补虚药、理气药、止咳化痰平喘药、解表药等;单味药与半夏配伍所占比例居前者依次为甘草、陈皮、茯苓、人参、白术等。通过因子分析提取出20个对半夏功效或毒性影响较大的药物(组)。结论:通过以甘缓毒、以润制燥、以寒制热、相杀制毒等配伍,可减半夏之毒;通过同类相从、异类相使、相反相成等配伍可增其效。
OBJECTIVE: Based on the statistical data of ancient and modern prescriptions of the toxic traditional Chinese medicine, Pinellia ternata, explore its method of attenuating synergies and compatibility, and provide the basis for exploring the clinical compatibility of Pinellia ternata, revealing the mechanism of its toxicity and guiding the clinical use of drugs safely and reasonably. Methods: The platform of Banxia prescription drug database was constructed. The relationship between Banxia and each drug (group) was investigated by factor analysis in SPSS17.0 multivariate statistical software. Results: Frequency statistics show that the proportion of all kinds of drugs and Pinellia compatibility from high to low in turn for the tonic medicine, qi medicine, cough and phlegm anti-asthma drugs, relieving drugs; single herbs and compatibility of Pinellia The proportion of the former followed by licorice, Citrus, Poria, ginseng, Atractylodes and so on. Through the factor analysis, 20 drugs (groups) that had a great effect on the efficacy and toxicity of Pinellia ternata were extracted. CONCLUSION: The drug of Pinellia ternata can be reduced by combining the slow-acting toxins, dry-running, cold-warming and phase-killing toxins, and the like.
