两年前,我们在准备《2003,报业创新全球报告》时,组织了一次调查,让30多个国家的发行人和总编辑们对困扰各自报纸发展的问题进行排序,结果出奇地一致:他们都将发行量的无情下跌列为当时面临的最大压力。
Two years ago, when we prepared the Global Report on Press Innovation in 2003, we organized a survey that allowed issuers and chief editors of more than 30 countries to rank issues that plague the development of their newspapers. The results were surprisingly consistent: All of them listed the relentless decline in circulation as the greatest pressure at the time.
